AFP is a global news agency headquartered in Paris. It is a self-governing public body with no owner, and about a third of its revenue comes from the French state. It mainly produces straight, wire-style news. Its coverage of the second Trump administration is largely factual and not partisan, though it comes from a European vantage point.
