Native News Online is a privately held digital outlet owned by Indian Country Media, LLC, in which founder Levi Rickert is the controlling shareholder. It covers Native American communities and tribal governments from a perspective that centers tribal interests. Its recent coverage of Trump administration budget proposals and agency actions has been mostly critical, mainly because of the cuts they would make to tribal programs.
