ZeroHedge is operated through ABC Media Ltd., a Bulgarian company controlled by the family of founder Daniel Ivandjiiski. It started as a bearish, anti-establishment financial blog and expanded into far-right political commentary, including content that U.S. intelligence and independent media researchers have linked to Kremlin narratives. Under the second Trump term it has been broadly supportive of the administration and was admitted to the White House press corps in April 2025.

Owned byABC Media Ltd., a Bulgarian single-member LLC whose sole proprietor is Krassimir Ivandjiiski. Day-to-day control rests with his son Daniel Ivandjiiski, the site's founder and publisher.
