A News is the English-language channel of Turkey's pro-government A Haber and Turkuvaz Media Group, owned through Kalyon Group. It presents the Turkish government's viewpoint and gives little room to opposition voices. It has no clear editorial stance on the U.S. Trump administration. Its coverage mostly follows Ankara's foreign policy line, so it tends to treat Washington favorably when Erdoğan's government is on good terms with it.
Owned byOwned by Turkuvaz Media Group, a private company whose parent is Kalyon Group, a Turkish construction and energy conglomerate. Serhat Albayrak, brother of Berat Albayrak (former energy and finance minister and President Erdoğan's son-in-law), is a senior Turkuvaz executive.
