NC Justice Center

The NC Justice Center is a Raleigh-based progressive nonprofit that pursues policy advocacy, litigation, and research on issues including poverty, workers' rights, health care access, and immigrant rights in North Carolina. Though it calls itself nonpartisan, its positions consistently align with progressive priorities and regularly conflict with Republican-led policy at the state and federal level. Under the second Trump administration, its output has been broadly critical, particularly regarding federal cuts to Medicaid, immigration enforcement, and reductions in EPA and social program funding.
