Reason is a libertarian nonprofit think tank and media outlet. It is funded mainly by donations, including from Koch-linked and other conservative-leaning foundations. Its recent coverage of the second Trump administration is mostly critical, especially on tariffs, executive power and immigration, though it favors the administration on some deregulation and tax issues.
